Apple's online stores were down...
... for about an hour. No obvious changes it seems. The event stirred the Mac world, of course, because intel today wants officially announce the Core 2 Duo processors.
Comments:
Seems like they had to get rid of the iSight and AEBS for the European market.

That was mentioned a week or two ago on the news, yeah. That _could_ be it, but the US store was down, too. AFAIK: All the stores were down, even those without changes.

I still wonder why they have to take the store down completely just to add or remove one or two products. Shouldn't this simply be a change in the database, which could be done live? Seems to me they _want_ this kind of attention...

Might be that they use occasions like these for some system maintenance. People are focussed to much on this 'Store is down' crap anyway. :o)
