iPod video. For real.
And iTunes 6. The iPod models have a 320*240 pixel screen (2.5") and come in 30 GB (299 USD) and 60 GB (399 USD). iTunes 6 enables you to buy music videos and Pixar shorts for 1.99 USD a flick. In the future, you can buy TV shows from iTMS, just like we predicted. All's great in Apple's world.
Comments:
You can buy TV shows now. Just bought Lost, watching on my copy of iTunes 6. Note that iTunes 6 requires QuickTime 7.0.3 to play video, which wasn't available on Software Update when I checked. If you download the latest QuickTime installer from apple.com/quicktime, you'll get 7.0.3. (At least the Mac will.)
