Apple seeds Mac OS X 10.4.6 8I113 (PPC) and 8I1106 (intel)
The new builds have quite a lot of changes from the previous ones. They still have a couple of issues (disk images handling and iPhoto RAW import for PPC, the latter not being mentioned for the intel build). A release date is yet unknown, but 10.4.6 is expected in March. File sizes for the combo updaters are changed: 180 MB for intel, 135 for the PPC build.

Nope. I mean: I've no idea. ;) ... Are you looking for support of a special model?

Since I have no idea what which provider offers over there in the US, I can't state anything, really... However, there's a general rule of thumb: If iSync supports the phone, all's well. If not, it has to be a phone similar to an older & supported phone in order for hacks to work. The exception is the communicators by Nokia. They're not officially supported, yet with the hack mentioned here on macnews.net.tc [ http://haligon.blogspot.com/2005/05/tiger-isync-and-nokia-communicators.html ] iSync works _flawlessly_. (Well, one flaw: Once activated, there seems to be a problem with backing up calendar data to an MMC, but then you've got the iSync backup, so that's not really an issue, just cosmetics IMHO.)
